What an awesome event THAT was! NCSC finished 3rd in Division C in the 2023 Club Premierships – a great result.
A huge thank you to all our Club swimmers who swam for the NCSC Team. Ages ranged from 8 to 26 years, with a few swimming in strokes and distances out of their comfort zone. PBs were broken in nearly every race, and we even took out a few first places – so awesome! We cannot thank you all enough for your efforts!
This year there was a new race – the Supporters Relay team. A big thank you to Aaron McHugh, Dana McHugh, Dani Borgas and Coach Ralph McManis for representing our Club.
We have to mention our fabulous volunteers who helped us throughout the day – Paul Elliot, Narelle Meiers and Sharon Wyeth for insisting on timekeeping for the whole event. Denise Boreham for marshalling and Coaches Ralph, Clark Carlson, Claire Evans and Kate Harper for their tireless efforts in making this team THE BEST! Thank you!
Overall, our Club achieved a fantastic result – we are all very proud!
