On the last Friday of every month, the Club hosts fun races for the Junior squad to test their skills. Races are 25m and 50m. It's a great way to end the week! All you have to do is come to squad training.
Warm up at 4.15pm for 4.45pm start 25 Fly (10 yrs. and under) 50 Back 50 Breast 50 Fly 50 Free 100 Breast 100 Free
Juniors: 2:00-2.45pm Seniors: 3:00-4:00pm Coaches will be on deck to discuss technical points of all 5 strokes, including streamlining! There is no fee and technical sessions are included in your Club Membership fees. Another technical session will be held in Term 1 2023.
NCSC is holding a FUNDRAISING sausage sizzle at Bunnings Innaloo. To volunteer please email nchswimming@hotmail.com. More info to come.
